Head up the elevator to the library proper. Power the elevator using Vacuum Tubes located in the main room and flick the switch. You'll find yourself in the library basement. Now, travel downtown.Īfter arriving in Downtown, delve into the sewers and locate the library entrance next to Sewer entrance E. At the far end of the pier, find another note left by Scott.
Check Scott's laptop in the back room for the next clue.
Leave and head to the Coffee Shop next to Gallery Noir. Upon arriving, find a note left by him at the far end of the shop.
